AIETS
(All India Educational Testing Services) is
a National level organisation which helps students
preparing for different competitive exams. AIETS
has been founded by nationally renowned Professor
Dr O.P Agarwal (author of the IIT Chemistry
& Objective Chemistry ) along with a team
of highly qualified professors from IIT's &
various other Colleges. |

How
are AIETS programmes different ? |
The
difference comes from its three tier teaching pedagogy
which focuses on:
Improving
the thinking/problem solving ability of the student: AIETS believes that Questions
in competitive exams are not difficult but they are
just |

different.
Each question has an element of surprise
in it & the student who is more adept
in tackling surprise questions is most
likely to sail through. So what is important
for success is the ability to think critically
and creatively in front of new situations. AIETS
programmes are designed and delivered
in a way so as to trigger/stimulate the
thinking ability of the student. The basic
objective is to make the student work
rather than spoon-feeding him. |

Monitoring
& Improving the output of the student : Selection
of student is dependent not only on the level of knowledge
but also on to what extent student
is able
to apply that knowledge in examination hall or in other
words to |
|
what extent student is able to convert
his inputs (knowledge) into output(net
score). So ultimately what matters is
the output and the first step to improve
output is to measure and monitor it
through out the year. AIETS uses its
National level test series to measure
and monitor the performance of students
at the end of every unit. Each and every
test is followed
by in-depth feedback
and assessment system, which measures
& monitors the student's output
(performance) and suggests an improvement
plan for the next test. |

| Specialized
Counseling cell for IIT/PMT students. Results of a survey said that students
fail not because of lack of knowledge, hard work or intelligence
but because of lack
of guidance, motivation and planned approach towards exam. |
|
|
The
student goes through lot of tough phases
during his preparation and if not supported/guided
properly at tough junctures the preparation
of student can drift in wrong direction.
This may cause not only frustration and
depression but may also lead to state
of withdrawal. AIETS counseling cell touches
the preparation of student at that level.
Each student is allotted a Success Coach
who closely monitors the preparation of
the child, strengthens the confidence
level and instills a deep desire to succeed
at any cost. |
