Birla Institute of Technology(commonly known as BITS) is one of the premier engineering institutes of the country in which the number of applicants taking the BITS Pilani entrance exam has been increasing Year after year. BITS was originally started in Pilani and has two more campuses one each in Goa and Hyderabad.

Conclusion of BITSAT exam :

Number of applicants are escalating quickly:

BITSAT has been gaining immense popularity year after year with the number of students taking the BITSAT every year are on rise. In 2007, just 77000 aspirants took BITSAT, the number increased to 123000 in the year 2011, 1, 36000 in 2012 and 1,60,000 in 2013. The most important cause behind the sharp boost of students is the lowering of eligibility criterion from 80% to 75% in the qualifying exam.
