JEE Main 2015 has observed a decrease of over 50,000 registrations as corresponding to the year 2014. Opening from 2012 when CBSE publicized JEE to be held in place of AIEEE and IIT JEE, this has happened for the first time that the total number of aspirants is abridged for JEE Main, which is the most popular engineering entry exam of India.
As compared to 2014, the number of JEE Main 2015 candidates are abridged by over 50,000. JEE Main is the first viewing test for admissions to the important IITs and this year, as many as 13.03 lakh students have applied for JEE Main 2015.
2012 to 2014 have witnessed a boost in the whole figure of registrations for JEE Main. But this year, there is a decrease in the total number of JEE Main 2015 registrations. The tendency on top demonstrates that there has been a raise in the number of students applying for JEE Main from 2012 to 2014. But in JEE Main 2015, the number of students for this entrance exam is abridged by an important number, more than 50 thousand.
