Return | Replace | Refund Policy

1. Books once sold cannot be returned. Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order.

2. If any customer cancels the order within 12 hours either by calling/WhatsApp No 7042271562 or email on [email protected] then cancellation will be processed. We will see the time stamp of whatsapp message or email sent. Amount will be credited within 8-10 days in the same payment method as chosen by the customer.

3. Books can be replaced only in case they are torn, misprinted/damaged/wet condition. In that case customer will raise a concern on WhatsApp (7042271562) or email at [email protected] with images. We will send another book/product on behalf of this. Refund not permitted.

4. Wrong delivery/Item missing will treated on high priority. In this case we will send the customer the correct order. Refund not permitted.

5. Regarding digital product there is no option of return/refund and replace.

6. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we will take confirmation from the customer and only after getting confirmation the product will be dispatched. After dispatch the customer has to accept the product and he or she cannot refuse/return the product.

7. If the product is returned after delivery has been made, we will deduct Rs. 99/- as cancellation charges.

8. Processing

Orders placed after 12 noon IST on any day are processed the next day. We do not process orders on Sundays and on National Holidays.

9. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is up to 6-8 days. For shipping to a remote location, the delivery may depend on the area or the location where the order is to be delivered. In case none of our shipping partner delivers to your area, then we can send your order through parcel by India Post. The orders sent through India Post cannot be tracked and it may take up to 10-15 days for the parcel to reach you in extreme cases.

10. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email by visiting our delivery partner’s website. It may take up to 12-24 hours to update your tracking number on our website.

Note:

1. Our customer care services are functional only from 10 am till 6 pm, However customers are free to raise the concern at any time. This will be most important in case of cancellation. Working days are from Monday till Friday only. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and other bank holidays.
