The Common Recruitment Process involves the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection to play the pivotal role in the recruitment process of Bank PO exams. It conducts online exams for selection of candidates for the post of Probationary Officer in participating banks.

IBPS PO is conducted in online mode, in two phases that are preliminary and Main. The candidates who clear both the phases of Preliminary and Main online tests, subsequently, appear for the Interview round. Finally, all candidates clearing the interview round are finally shortlisted for the posts in banks.

In the banking sector, IBPS PO is the most sought-after post. Every year, several aspirants try their level best to secure a seat in prestigious banks in India. The first of IBPS PO prelims exam got over on 14th October. Competition is going to be really tough as a huge number of candidates appeared for the exam this time. So, it becomes necessary for us to understand the type question and nature of the exam.
