JEE main is the qualifying test for appearance in JEE advanced exams, which opens up opportunities to get into IITs, while being a path in itself for entry in various colleges for programs like B.Tech and B.E.  JEE Main is being conducted by the NTA in 2019 and will be held twice, once in the month of January and once in April.

The Exam Schedule of JEE Main 2019 first attempt is over. The exams were conducted in the month of January between the dates 9th – 20th. The process of the examination was as given below

Online submission of Application Form 1/09/2018 – 30/09/2018
Final date for fee transaction 1/09/2018 – 1/10/2018
Date of examination Between the dates January 6th, 2019 and January 20th, 2019
Result declaration By 31st January 2019

 

The Second Attempt JEE Main 2019 would be held in the month of April, 2019. It will be another chance for the students aiming for a better result. The dates for the application and examination process is given below-

Online submission of Application Form 08/02/2019 – 07/03/2019
Final date for fee transaction 08/02/2019 – 08/03/2019
Date of examination 06/04/2019 – 29/04/2019
Result declaration Before 31st April, 2019

Syllabus for JEE Main 2019  

JEE Main is being held twice in the year 2019, both times between the dates of 06th-20th of January and April. JEE Main is a gateway to colleges for admission in B.Tech and also to JEE Advanced which ensures admission in IITs.

There are 2 papers in JEE Main namely Paper 1 and Paper 2
