MPPSC State Eligibility Test to Start from January 17, 2019

MPPSC State Eligibility Test

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) is scheduled to begin its State Eligibility Test (SET) from January 17, 2019. The exam will be conducted from January 17-24, 2019. The exam will be held for two papers. Paper I is compulsory for all aspirants. Its duration is 1 hour. Paper II Would be subject specific. The duration for paper II will be 2 hours. There will be 19 different subjects from which candidates have to choose.


PAPER 1: It is compulsory. It has questions on General Awareness and Teaching and Research Aptitude. This paper will be held on January 17, 2019 in separate sessions for differing streams.

PAPER 2: IT is an optional paper and aspirants can choose any of the 19 subjects that they have listed while filling their application form. It will be held from 12:00-2:00 PM.

The exam city details will be released by the commission on January 3, 2019. This will give the aspirants enough time to arrange for accommodation and travelling in case they are allotted a different city from their home city.

MPPSC will release the admit cards for MPPSC SET exam on January 12, 2019.
