SBI PO Associate Bank Recruitment 2014: Results to be published on April 25


State Bank of India (SBI) had invited applications for recruitment for 2,886 posts probationary period (PO) at various SBI associate Bank branches across the country. The final list of the short list of candidates will be announced on April 25.

The selection process has two stages. Phase I (written test), carrying 250 marks was held in November last year and phase II (interview and GD round) carrying 50 marks was conducted in February and March of this year.

Marks obtained by the candidates in written test (out of 250 marks) will be converted out of 75 and marks secured in group discussion and interview (50 marks) will be converted to out of 25. The final merit list will be arrived at, after combining the converted marks of written test and group discussion and interview out of 100 for each category.

Bank wise classification of posts:

State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur: 350

State Bank of Hyderabad: 900

State Bank of Mysore: 500

State Bank of Patiala: 100

State Bank of Travancore: 1,136

Of the total number of candidates short-listed, 415 seats reserved for the scheduled castes (SC) Category, 533 seats for scheduled tribe (St) Category, 743 reserved for candidates belonging to other backward classes (OBC) category and 1, 295 to the General category candidates.
