LIC Assistant Notification 2019 PDF Out: Exam Dates & Registration

Life Insurance Corporation [LIC] of India has released a notification for the recruitment to the post of Assistant. The notification stated an estimated of more than 8000 vacant post, which are available across India. It invites for online application of eligible and interested candidates in the LIC Assistant Notification 2019.

Important Dates for LIC Assistant Notification 2019

Interested candidates to LIC [Life Insurance Corporation] can keep a track of the important dates as per the latest notification.

Here are the tentative schedules of events to be held:

i. Online Registration of Applications and Online Payment of Application: 17th September 2019

ii. Last date for Online Registration & Online Payment of Application: 01st October 2019

iii. Download of Call Letter for Online Preliminary Examination: 15.10.2019 to 22.10.2019

iv. Dates of Online Preliminary Exam :  21st & 22nd October 2019

v. Dates of Online Main Exam Will be informed later

The notification is released according to the state-wise with PDFs. Candidates can check the latest  updates. The notification recommends one application for a candidate in either of the states. UPSC announces 105 civil service exam 2013 candidates to be qualified


The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared 105 candidates of the Civil Services examination 2013, to be qualified, who where previously placed in a reserve list. The list of such candidates can be seen at the UPSC website – www.upsc.gov.in.

All in all 1,122 candidates confirmed to be qualified by the commission for the 2013 examination in order of merit to be appointed in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) as well as other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’), as against 1,228 vacancies, for which the Results were published in June, 2014.

Out of those candidates, 89 belong to General category and 16 in the Other backward classes (OBCs). Recommended candidates will be notified directly of Dopt, according to statements made by the UPSC.

From 1,122 qualified candidates, 517 came from the General category, 326 from OBC, 187 were from scheduled castes (SC) category and 92 belonged to scheduled tribe (St) category. There existed 1,228 advertised vacancies for the civil services examination, 2013 in which 622 were under General, 326 under OBC, 188 for SC and 92 for ST categories.

Federal Bank: Clerk results published


Federal Bank has published the result of on – line aptitude examination for the post of clerk. Selected candidates can login using their roll Number in the website of the Bank in order to download the call letter for Group discussion and interview. Application cum personal data form brought during the interview can also be downloaded from the website of the Bank.

Federal Bank Organization has conducted this exam successfully at various exam centers across India. The short-list candidates can download the call letter for Group discussion and interview form on 13.04.2015. The call letter/ application cum personal data form will not be sent to the candidates independently in the course of post. No separate communication will be sent to candidates whose names do not find place in the merit list.

Online v/s Offline IIT JEE (Main) 2015


Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) (Main) 2015 is taking place and is controlled by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The exam is aimed at allowing candiates to take admission in B.E and B.Tech. The offline paper based test for JEE (Main) 2015 took place on April 4 and the first ever online JEE (Main) 2015 entrance exam held on 10 April, 2015 and also scheduled for April 11 2015. Approx 13 lakh candidates had registered for the entrance exam for which 3 lakh candidates registered for online based JEE (Main) test. .

→ Changes must be made without difficulty: .

Candidates who appeared for the online exam can easily make changes to their answers. Bearing in mind that in offline mode on the basis of the examination, candidates were not allowed to make any changes on OMR sheet. .

→More days for exam preparation:

Candidates who appeared for the online exam had 6 extra days to prepare for the exam. .

→Focus and concentration:

Candidates who appeared for the online examination, could only effort one question at a time. This is allowed them to focus and concentrate better on the issues. .

→Difficulty level : .

Many candidates have confirmed that the online test was relatively difficult compared with the offline tests. According to the candidates, the physics section was the most difficult, while the chemistry section was the easiest.
