An alumnus of G.B. Pant University (B.Tech) and the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (MBA), Mr. Avinash Agarwal enthusiastically leads Disha Publication as its Director. Apart from being the leading Business Strategist in the company, he oversees Disha’s Digital division, among other things. With over 15 years of experience as a Study Skill and Habit Coach for students, he firmly believes that any child can be a topper. He has interviewed hundreds of toppers who have cracked different competitive exams which led him to deeply understand the topper mindset. Through his books, podcasts and online programmes, he endeavours to impart the right learning strategies, techniques and mindset to students to convert their potential into performance. He has authored several bestselling books including Toppers’ Study Hacks, The Secret Code of UPSC Toppers, Success Blueprint for Competitive Exams, How to Raise a Topper, and Bhagvad Gita - The Story Way. Recently, he released his first novel, Stop Being a Maggu which innovatively combines features of fiction and mentorship.

Mr. Deepak Agarwal is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi) where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He went on to pursue MBA from TAPMI, Manipal. As a Co-Founder and Director of Disha Publication, Mr. Deepak actively manages its Editorial division for content development and innovations. He aims to develop comprehensive, world-class content pertaining to every competitive exam in text, video and audio formats to help students achieve their true potential. He has been honoured as one of the Top 10 IIT Varanasi Alumni Leaders 2022 by the CEO Insights magazine in the August issue which also featured his interview. He also looks after the e-commerce sales of Disha Publication. Under his leadership, Disha Publication has featured among the top 3 Test-prep publishers on Amazon and Flipkart. He is the force behind the innovative content and products of Disha that have led to its market leadership. Within the publishing industry at large, he is popular for adapting to latest technologies or tools that aid in strengthening the business.

Mr. Rupesh Agarwal acts as the Director of Disha Publication with passion and rigor. He is a hardcore sales & marketing enthusiast, and manages the offline sales of Disha Publication both in B2C and B2B divisions. The B2B division provides printed study materials like question banks, problem sheets, test series, homework assignments, etc to coaching institutes. With a strong background in Computer Science, Mr. Rupesh is an alumnus of the University of Delhi and has completed his PGDCA from Jaipur. He also worked for a software company for a year in Europe before returning to India with the desire to build something of his own and transform the publishing industry. He specializes in building progressive images and strong brands. He has travelled extensively all over India and has good relations with almost all mid and large sized coaching institutions. A go-getter by attitude, he has brought several prestigious clients to Disha and continues to expand its presence across the country. Under his leadership, Disha supplies study materials to 1500+ coaching institutes today.
As a seasoned people’s manager and business development professional, his strong analytical and leadership skills, coupled with his practical approach to problem solving, enable him to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences. His extensive experience has given him a rare dual perspective that lends integrity and pragmatism to everything he undertakes.
Sanjay Jairath is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 34 years of experience in the industry. As the Vice President of our company, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, helping us achieve our business goals and drive growth. His role is currently that of Head of Digital Marketing, where he leads a team of professionals.
R. S. Rajput
With an exhaustive experience of over 20 years in publishing, R. S. Rajput looks after Production, Planning, and Team Management of Disha which involves job planning, coordination with Editorial Departments, selection of Quality paper, planning the schedule for delivery of materials, Quality control, timely delivery of print and dispatch to clients.
Content Head (General Studies)
With 21 years of experience in editing and content writing for the civil services and other competitive exams and scholastic school books, Satya Prakash Is the Senior Manager/HOD of Disha's General Studies Team. Over the years he devolved his niche in editing and writing of all Social Science subjects.
